Includes  full electrical house test, NIC EIC Electrical Completion Certificate and Registration with the Local Authority Building Control.

Indoor and Outdoor Lighting

Changing existing lighting or the installation of new lighting including kicthen and bathroom down lights.

Replacement showers or installation of a new shower and shower circuit.

Extraction Fan

Replacement extraction fan or installation of new extraction fan for bathrooms, ensuites, cloakrooms and kitchens.

Garage Electrics

Full electrical installation of sockets and lighting or replacement sockets of lighting.
